Parakeets squawking....?

My 2 parakeets have been squawking in the morning like around 7-8am and I can't sleep. They never start making noise until I pull the cover off but I have no idea why they are making noise when im sleeping. They would never do that before, ugh. I can't touch these birds at all btw.
