Best cards to use for yu-gi-oh defensive deck?

playing yu-gi-oh online 3, wanting to make a defensive deck(monsters with 2000+def) wondering what newer spell and traps can increase the def, i seen a few by playing the NPC's, but can't remember lol..i am fine on the monsters, just need some good spells and traps, perfer some that can double def
