I'm raising a dog-rescue shelter in Brazil. Would people from the rest of the world help fund raising it?

If you have enough advertising and make it well-known then you are more likely to get more donations. I would be more likely to donate if you did an 'adopt a dog' program where your donation goes towards supporting a specific dog, etc. Good luck with the shelter, its a wonderful thing that you want to do!
