How can I change the settings on my Dell Touchpad?

I recently reformatted my Dell Inspiron 1520 (almost 4 years old, but still works) and so I decided to purchase Windows 7 64-bit. I was previously running Vista 32-bit. I love it, but before the reformat I used a driver to change the settings of my Touchpad. This driver doesn't exist for Windows 7, and I can't find any settings in the control panel. Anyway I can get it to enable scrolling and disable touch to click? Those are my two biggest qualms.
