How can I find the right one?

I really want to find a guy I can have a serious relationship with. Right now my situation sucks b/c there is a guy in my life right now who I love but he doesn't want the same with me. I feel like Im getting antsy and impatient b/c I've just been casually dating for the past year and its getting really boring being single. Any thoughts/ ideas?
