What should a 21-year old guy like me, going out casually, wear? Tee or collared shirt over a tee?

theres not really a cooler option. Some people just look good in anything, and others have certain styles they can pull off. you can never really go wrong with a plain white or black tee though, generally looks good on all males in my opinion. You should try looking for colours that suite you :)
