I'm Spiteful...Am I the Only One?

For example, when I lived at home, if I was in an argument with a parent I would stay in my room all day and literally starve just to avoid going to the kitchen and possibly running into them - not out of fear, just pure spite. If my boyfriend and I argue, even if I really want to compulsively text him I won't, just to make it look like I couldn't care less. It's all probably pretty unhealthy...or a very good exercise in self-control. Either way, anyone else exhibit this sort of behavior?
