El Coqui plz help people in the i.e?

a puerto rican restaurant called el coqui was supposed to be opening in san bernardino area but i don't know where it is exactly someone please tell me the exact location my friends and i cant wait to visit and get a taste of the food its nothing like mexican food at all no offense but man to see a puerto rican restaurant in san bernardino area which is mostly mexican gets me SO freak-in excited .. if your not puerto rican you don't know what i mean ..pls give mi some info ...
